This is a unique and highly effective form of somatic therapy that directly addresses negative thoughts and beliefs you have been carrying with you, sometimes unconsciously. Using a specific evidence based protocol and procedure to identify where these beliefes originate, we address the underlying psychologically traumatic event to resolve the trauma and reprocess your thoughts to produce healthier and more positive beliefs, making your life more enjoyable. Traditionally, gentle eye movements are used to stimulate processing, but since shifting to virtual therapy clients now use a simple self-tapping method which is just as effective. Sound too good to be true? It may sound weird, but it works!
